The Seven Principles Workshop
for Couples

The Seven Principles Workshop for Couples is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman. For over three decades, Dr. Gottman scientifically analyzed the habits of married couples and established a method of correcting the behaviors that put thousands of marriages on the rocks. He helps couples focus on each other and the small day-to-day moments that, strung together, make up the heart and soul of any relationship.

Research shows that on average, couples wait 2.68 years from the first sign of difficulties before they seek professional help. Couples who are proactive and get support from an expert have the best chance of success and thriving even during challenging times. The Seven Principles Program will give you new insights and research-based relationship skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you resolve conflict in a healthy, productive way.

Testimonials

A highlight of the class was spending one on one time with my wife and connecting in a more authentic way. Felt closer with my wife at the end of the day. I would recommend the class to others.

If you want a healthy fulfilling relationship–which we typically don’t learn a lot about growing–this workshop teaches you how to do just that. - Mindy

I would recommend this workshop to others, and would love to buy it as a gift for friends.

A highlight was learning new strategies and getting to spend one on one time with my partner working through issues we face in our relationship. Having the workbook so we can continue afterwards is a bonus.

I left with more empathy for my partner. And I appreciated the workbook as a roadmap for continued growth as a couple.
